Batching allows operators to group items into pre-selected lot sizes, ensuring maximum productivity by focusing on “clean”batches rather than handling exceptions at the same time.

SPECIALIZED CUTTING TECHNOLOGY

Milling cutters minimize accidental cuts to contents while providing a soft feathered edge that minimize painful paper cuts without the use of razors. The milling cutter offers eight cut-depths plus a “No-Cut” position that is ideal for envelope counting
