SMARTECH was founded in Austin Texas over three decades ago. One of the founders, David Moore who resides in Texas is a director and co-shareholder of SMARTECH Business Systems together with Vincent Nair (executive chairman) who is based in Australia.
Through various acquisitions and growth, the Oceania operations were included in the global structure in 2021. Operating since 1959, the rich Australia/New Zealand history included great companies such as Fordigraph, GBC, Neopost and Quadient.
