About the Role
You will be responsible for installation, maintenance, repair, and support of equipment across South Australia, ensuring customers receive reliable, high-quality service every time.
Working largely independently, you’ll manage your own schedule, service calls, and priorities—while partnering closely with your SA counterpart and broader service team.
Technical Excellence
- Install, commission, and service equipment to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues efficiently
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
Customer Ownership
- Build long-term relationships with customers across SA
- Be the go-to person for technical advice and support
- Communicate clearly and professionally around issues and solutions
Territory Management
- Manage your own service schedule, routes, and workload
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and your SA colleague
- Maintain accurate reporting and service records
You’ll bring:
- Experience in equipment servicing, maintenance, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems
- Experience working independently in a field-based role, managing your own schedule, service calls, and territory
- Demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving complex faults with minimal supervision (including mechanical, electrical, or software issues)
- A strong technical foundation, ideally supported by a Certificate IV or higher qualification in a relevant field
- Proven ability to manage multiple service jobs per day (typically 3–6 calls) while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
- Experience maintaining accurate service records and reports in a structured system (e.g. ServiceMax or similar)
- Current and valid driver’s license and White Card
